Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery

We celebrated our Indian American wedding at Casa Real, and it truly exceeded our dreams. The venue and the team are absolutely stunning. Our journey with Casa Event Management began in November 2022, and they've been incredibly patient, answering all our questions and accommodating our numerous requests. When we were searching for a venue, other places simply showed us their standard wedding slides. However, Casa Real went above and beyond by creating a personalized presentation showcasing their Indian American weddings. This made us feel genuinely included and valued. Casa Real went the extra mile to make our special day truly exceptional. They focus on celebrating people's special moments rather than imposing restrictions and fines like other venues. The team has become like an extended family to us, and we are thrilled to host another event here. 😊

I have been fortunate to make my living as a professional photographer for over 3 decades, worked at countless venues all over the nation. Now base in Livermore CA, I feel extreme fortunate to be able to work at Casa Real. Casa Real hands down is one of the best wedding/event venues. The staff is top notch, truly focused on their clients and making the wedding/event run seamlessly! As a wedding/event photographer managing time, details, individuals, while still being creative is the goal at every wedding and event. This can be a challenge at times. One of the things that allows me to do my job more efficiently is have a supporting staff around me. The staff at Casa Real definitely fits this description! I know that when I have a wedding/event at Casa Real I am going to be working with the best! If you are considering wedding/event venues put Casa Real on top of your list. Beautiful venue, amazing food, and a staff that knows the meaning of great customer service!

I attended a fall wedding at Casa Real and everything was amazing. This was by far the best wedding food I have ever had, everything was so good from the appetizers to the dinner courses to the late night treat. I couldn’t even stop eating to take a picture! There was also an open bar and the bartenders managed the line effectively and the drinks were great. The venue is breathtaking and gorgeous and the staff are so accommodating, inviting and friendly.

I would recommend this venue 100 times over to people looking for a large space with beautiful views and high end customer service. From the minute I started planning, I felt supported as the bride. The day of the wedding, the staff made me feel so special and taken care of which allowed me to more present in the moment. My husband and bridesmaids and mother in couldn't stop raving about our wedding coordinator, August. She carried the stress of the day so professionally and she was a huge contributor to what made this venue so desirable for us!

Gorgeous & elegant wedding venue! Casa Real has a really large reception hall, which my couples love for their big weddings. The ceremony spot is in the full sun in the afternoon, so I'd consider that when you're thinking about photos! The winery behind the venue is accessible for photos, and has beautiful light after the ceremony. The entrance to the venue is very elegant and large. Overall, it's a really high quality venue with a high end view! I loved working with the staff here!

The Casa Real staff, Kara, and Alyssa are all amazing! All the guests were raving about how great the service was. From the beginning to end, the experience was wonderful and they answered all our emails so quickly. On the day of, the staff made sure my husband and I had water and left a platter of food in the bridal suite for us. Without our coordinator, Alyssa, I don’t know what we would have done. Everything ran so smoothly and even better than expected. I can’t wait to come back again and attend a wedding here as a guest!

Attended my niece’s wedding at this fabulous vineyards in pleasanton. This place was so beautiful and the setting was outstanding for this special day for the young couple. The wines were good and since it was opened bar everyone really had a great time here. The ceremony was so touching and beautiful. They looked so happy and so much in love. Services here were excellent and well planned from A to Z. Good jobs and the food was excellent. We were very impressed the ways they presented and decorated the Rooms from the ceremony to the Grand ball room . It looked so perfect. Loved it

Casa Real really went above and beyond my expectations when it came to wedding venues. The venue is not just beautiful, but the staff and all the wonderful people I worked with were so kind, responsive, and made sure that everything, down to the last detail, was perfect. From the day I first contacted the venue, the staff were so kind to answer all of my questions and concerns. They even accommodated our schedule to have a tour during the weekday, though it wasn’t their usual time. Emailing back and forth and making decisions about the wedding was so seamless that it was kind of scary not to be worrying about everything. Leading up to the wedding, I was assigned Antonella as my day-of coordinator and I couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job. She was quick to respond to emails and make any adjustments when last minute changes occurred. I especially thank her for the day of the wedding because I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. The reception at Casa Real and thanks to Antonella and all of the staff, the reception went so smoothly that, again, it was scary. She made sure me and the groom were comfortable and handled all the little details. What an amazing person to work with! As for the catering, everything was top notch. I have friends who came from SoCal (the land of boba drinks) and they were even impressed by the boba bar that we added to the wedding from Casa Real. All the guests were fawning over the appetizers and were even asking for more even after it all ran out. The reception food was amazing, especially the pork shoulder. The dessert was even more amazing! I still dream about the creme brulee shortbread and mini blueberry cheesecakes. Overall, you can’t get anything better than Casa Real in my opinion. If I could redo my wedding all over again, I would still go with Casa Real because that’s how good my experience was from the very beginning up until the wedding day.
